    My apartment has rented to foreigners in Chengdu within the past 2 years, it's available again from this month in June, 2008, I'm waiting for you to contact me if you are interested in living in comfort and convenience in Chengdu.

1. Location: 14#, 10th Floor, St. Andrew International Apartment, Tongzilin South Road 8#,Chengdu, 圣安卓国际公寓，桐梓林南路. This building was built in 2005.

2. It's 77 square meters, with 1 sitting room and dining room, 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 washroom. Fully equipped with furniture, including refrigerator, telephone, washer, microwave, whole set of sofa, TV, internet access, air conditioners, dining table & chairs, writing table. Underground parking is available as well.

3. Apartment is available from June,2008

4. Monthly rent: RMB 2,000RMB.Monthly public facilities maintenance fee is included.
Monthly Electricity, Gas, Water, phone/internet fee to be paid by the leaser,which is pretty cheap in Chengdu,about 100RMB totally.
2 months of rent as deposit for housing if long-term rent of more than a year, or 1 month rent for deposit less than one year term.

    My house location is defnitely considered as one of the best area to live in Chengdu. It’s pretty ideal for both living and working, 10 minutes walking to the big supermarket--Carrefour, and 5 minutes walk to a big and clean farmer’s market. Small shops, bars and restaurants are conveniently located nearby while it enjoys a pretty view in all sides and a quiet environment.

    Short term and long term rent is both acceptable.
